Once your order has been dispatched you will be provided with a tracking number. Ela & Earth cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in transit. If you have entered the incorrect shipping address, your parcel will be delivered back to us, after which we can then re-ship to the correct address. Please note that the cost for reshipment is at the expense of the customer.
